Now Teach is specifically for people who want to change career and retrain as secondary school teachers in state schools. Now Teachers are looking for a new challenge and want to make a difference. We help you apply to become a teacher, secure a training place, and then provide support during your training and beyond. To help you to succeed, our support is structured as follows:

Application and recruitment offer:

  • Receive application guidance and support from our experienced recruitment advisors, who support you through each step of the journey to securing a training place.

  • Receive tailored advice on which training programme is right for you.

Now Teach Network and Support offer:

We are not a training provider, nothing we offer is compulsory, but we are a support network for career-changers; offering formal and informal opportunities to network, support and explore, all designed to complement Initial Teacher Training (ITT) training and beyond.

Access a programme specifically designed for career changers to help you thrive:

  • Bespoke Programme Manager support: each Now Teacher is assigned a Programme Manager to provide tailored support relevant to their needs
