Bhaskara used to work in a bank but decided to take a career break after his workplace closed because of Brexit. As he was considering his career options, he had a moment of reflection that led him to teaching.
"I wanted to do something that was different and a bit more useful in the community."
"There's a great shortage of teachers at the moment and that's what made me want to do it."
Bhaskara is currently training at KMT and is hoping to qualify as an ECT in a few months. He talks to BBC London News about the rewarding aspect of teaching as well as its challenges and how Now Teach was able to offer support.
